The story behind AIHXM
AIHXM is a founder-led technology initiative shaped by practical experience with enterprise HR systems and business processes.
Kumail Sherazi is an SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors professional with more than five years of experience on enterprise HR technology projects and business requirements across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. That work gave him practical exposure to workforce management, organizational structures, employee services, time management, HR workflows and enterprise system transformations.
Working in these environments showed a recurring challenge: requirements keep evolving, but adapting traditional software can mean long development cycles, unnecessary code changes and technical complexity. A simple requirement should not always become a development project. That realization shaped the central idea behind AIHXM: a platform where configurability is part of the foundation, not an expensive addition.
