Time · Attendance & Time

Know who worked, when and for how long

Employees clock in on the web or phone, shifts define what on time means, and late, absent and overtime results are worked out for you. Corrections and overtime go through approval.

The problem

What this solves

Forgotten clock-outs

Open punches distort hours and pay.

Overtime disputes

Nobody agrees how much was approved.

Manual timesheets

Weekly sheets are retyped from notes.

FAQs

Attendance & Time questions

Does AiHxM support attendance devices?

Yes. Biometric and other devices can send punches through a secured ingest endpoint. The devices themselves and their setup are on the customer's side.

What if someone forgets to clock out?

An open punch from a previous day is closed at that day's shift end and marked as automatic, so hours are not invented.

Can overtime be capped?

Yes. Daily and monthly caps, optional pre-approval and an optional compensatory-leave outcome are configurable.
